My fascinators for the season are all about crowns with feathers, in natural colors and dyed, not overly eye-catching, perfect for small events as well as dinner and cocktail parties, concerts and theatre. 
 
This is a hand-blocked wool felt crown covered in glitter silver and black fabric, pheasant feathers pompom. 
The feathers are rolled over a copper wire. You will be able to adjust the width and the height of the pom pom if you wish.
 
The crown is supported by a headband covered in black satin.
